    Delivery Information

    Where do you deliver?
We deliver to the United Kingdom mainland & Ireland. However, if you would like us to deliver to the Channel Islands or an overseas address, please contact us at info@abilitymattersdirect.co.uk and we will arrange this for you.

How much is the delivery cost?
For all UK deliveries we charge £4.99 or £5.60 + VAT and 6.30 or 6.99 + VAT Euros for Ireland.  This price includes postage and packaging of your item/s. For overseas deliveries, we will need to calculate the cost and let you know.  We do not deliver on Saturdays.

How long will it take for my goods to reach me?
All items – except children’s orthopaedic footwear – will be delivered within 3/5 working days under normal delivery circumstances.  Please note weekends and Bank Holidays are not classed as working days.  Children orthopaedic footwear can occasionally take up to 30 days to be delivered.

    TNT Parcel Delivery
We retain proof of delivery for these items.  You can track your order on the “Order Tracker” page which will generate the TNT consignment number after the order has been despatched.  You can follow it by inserting the consignement number in the following page on the TNT website: http://www.tnt.com/webtracker/uktracker.do?navigation=1&respLang=en&respCountry=GB&genericSiteIdent=

What happens if I don’t receive my goods within these timescales?
If we are aware of any delays we will contact you straight away. We will notify you when your order is out for delivery and will send you the TNT consignement number which you can follow at: http://www.tnt.com/webtracker/uktracker.do?navigation=1&respLang=en&respCountry=GB&genericSiteIdent=

Sometimes errors occur however, so if you are unsure about where your items are, please contact us at info@abilitymattersdirect.co.uk and we’ll do our utmost to trace your package.

Please make sure we have a mobile or telephone number on which you can be contacted on the delivery day should there be any problems.

What happens if some of my order is out of stock?
We will contact you and let you know when the stock will be arriving and therefore when you should expect delivery. Once we have your item/s we will dispatch it straight away.

Do I need to be in to receive the delivery?
Yes and if you are out when the delivery comes, they will leave a card with information on local depots or re-deliveries. If you are normally out during the week, a work address may be preferable. Please remember that we cannot accept responsibility for any goods left without a signature.
