This week, Access and Mobility Professional (AMP) announced their Power List for 2019, with our Commercial Manager, Lyndon Reeks, being named a Retail Champion.
AMP’s list is sponsored by Drive DeVilbiss and Hill-Rom, and includes the most innovative, dedicated and brightest individuals in the mobility industry. Individuals are nominated by industry peers, and AMP considers their feedback before releasing the final list.
The Retail Champions category celebrates those in the sector who have worked hard over the past year to expand their own company’s footprint whilst adapting to an ever-changing market. br>
Lyndon was selected thanks to his tireless work in enhancing customer experience: from sourcing new life-changing products and training expert advisors, to rebranding the newest shops and streamlining the service.
Having won the Motability Large Fleet Dealer of the Year award in 2017, Ability Matters retained this in 2018, with direct customer feedback giving us a score of 9.83 out of 10 for our service. This illustrates Lyndon’s dedication, commitment and leadership within the company, and shows that his influence extends into the lives of our customers. br>
Congratulations to Lyndon!
