Stability orthopaedic footwear is specially made to provide extra support for children’s or young adults feet that suffer from weakness and/or instability around the feet and ankles, have lower limb ligament problems, or those with deterioration of the ankle joint or partial paralysis of the ankle region. Further stability is available for those who have limited dorsi-flexion (those who have difficulties managing the upwards movement of the foot at the ankle joint); neurological conditions where an orthosis is worn; feet with significant varus or valgus position.
