Right to withdraw
Buyers have the right to cancel in writing the contract with Ability Matters Direct Ltd within a period of 7 days after date of delivery, but must return the goods within 14 days from the date of delivery undamaged in its original packaging. Buyers will be fully refunded within 5 days of receipt of returned goods, including the original postage and packaging charges. Buyer is required to pay for the cost of returning the goods. Ability Matters Direct must be advised in writing within 7 days after receipt of goods if damaged, pilferage is revealed. Buyers have the right to return faulty or damaged goods to Ability Matters Direct within a period of 14 days, and receive a full refund within 5 days of receipt of returned goods, including original and return postage and packaging charges.
Where should I send my returns and how long does it take?
